Layers of Love Chocolate Brownies
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
3 lg. eggs, divided
2 t. vanilla
3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. baking cocoa
1/4 t. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. white chocolate chips
1/2 c. caramel topping
3/4 c. chocolate chips
Beat butter, sugars, TWO eggs, and vanilla. Gradually add flour, cocoa, and salt. Reserve 3/4 c. batter; spread rest into greased 8-in. pan. Sprinkle nuts and white chips over top. Drizzle on caramel topping. Beat remaining egg with reserved batter. Stir in chocolate chips. Spoon onto brownies, lightly spreading to cover. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely.
These taste even better after 3-4 days. YUMMY.
